Transfer free of charge to the province of Buenos Aires, the domain and rights and actions that the National State owns in the Mar del Plata station, for the construction of the complex building corresponding to the Judicial Department Mar del Plata, called the Judicial City. Sanctioned: March 30, 2011 Enacted: April 20, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Transfer free of charge to the province of Buenos Aires, the domain and rights and actions that the national State has on the properties located in the jurisdiction of the station Mar del Plata Cargas del Ramal R. 1 (C) of the former Line Rock, located between the streets Juan Bautista Justo and Engineer Julio Rateriy, in the town of General Pueyrredon, province of Buenos Aires. The buildings covered by the present were individualised with the numbers assigned by the Railway Infrastructure Administration S.E., such as buildings 3603966-0008, 3603966-0013, 3603966-0007 and 4508 belonging to the Management Unit No 2 with a approximate surface area of 13,405 m2 and 3603966-0005, 3603966-0006, 3603966-0017, 3603966-0019, 3603966-4001/B, 3603966-4006, 3603966-4007, 3603966-4503, 3603966-4510 and 3603966-4511 belonging to the Management Unit No 1 with an approximate area of 17,851.11 m2.

Article 2-The transfer of the buildings provided for in the previous article is carried out by the province of Buenos Aires for the construction of the complex building corresponding to the Judicial Department Mar del Plata, "Judicial City".

ARTICLE 3-Set a deadline of DIEZ (10) years for the fulfillment of the charge imposed in the previous article, expired which without it mediara observance, or the charge is violated, the domain of the real estate object of the present will reverse in favor of the national State.

Article 4-The transfer of the domain will be carried out by the General Staff of the Government of the Nation, being in charge of the province of Buenos Aires the previous preparation of the plans of mensura and inlinde necessary, that they will be visas by the State Administration of Railway Infrastructure Company (ADIF S.E.), as a measure prior to its approval by the competent authorities.

ARTICLE 5-The expenses that the present transfer demands will be exclusive to the province of Buenos Aires, through the jurisdictions that it establishes.
