Authorize the use of files, documents, signatures, communications, electronic addresses and digital signatures in all judicial and administrative processes that are dealt with in the judicial branch of the nation, with the same legal effectiveness and evidentiary value as their conventional equivalents. Sanctioned: June 1, 2011 Enacted: June 30, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Authorize the use of electronic files, electronic documents, electronic signatures, digital signatures, electronic communications and electronic addresses constituted, in all judicial and administrative processes are dealt with before the Judicial Branch of the Nation, with the same legal effectiveness and probative value as their conventional equivalents.

Article 2-The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the Council of the Judiciary of the Nation, together, will regulate their use and will have their gradual implementation.
