Sight of the need to take charge of these expenses, due to the urgency of creating the infrastructure set in the plan, according to the environmental standard established in the rules of internal law applicable in Spain;

Seen that the Government on September 19, 2001 approved the call for a public tender bidding of works of design, construction and operation for a year of the wastewater treatment plant wastewater in the area south of Andorra, and in the same session approved an advance of funds from 6,062,685.91 euros in order to provide greater availability in the budget 820/60390/1998-0005;

Seen the article 28 of the general law of public finance dated 19 December 1996, Seen the report in advance of the General intervention.

Article 1 approves a charge of credit for an amount of 6,062,685.91 euros for the budgetary 820-820-60390-1998-0000000005, the Ministry of land.

Article 2 This credit charge will be funded at the expense of the budgetary accounts following: 820-820-60000-2001-000... 7, for an amount of 1,803,036.31 euros, 820-820-60220-2001-000... 6, for an amount of 300,506.05 euros, 820-820-60240-1998-000... 7, for an amount of 381,239.78 euros, 820-820-60760-2001-000... 9, for an amount of 2,344,828.25 euros, 820-820-60910-1987-0... 117, for a total of 1,233,075.52 euros 3rd Article of the present Law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
