Law of extraordinary credit in order to finance part of the costs generated by the presentation of the candidacy of Andorra at the Olympic Games of 2010 since the General Council at its session of 17 October 2002, has approved the following: law on extraordinary credit in order to finance part of the costs generated by the presentation of the candidacy of Andorra at the Olympic Games of 2010 to the general law on public finance of 19 December 1996 and the law on the budget for the financial year 2002, seen that the Government approved the statutes of the Foundation with the purpose of equipping Olympic Andorra la Vella of the legal environment necessary to the institutions involved in the submission of the candidature of Andorra at the Olympic Games of 2010, given that the budgeted expenses corresponding to the first phase of the project which ends on August 31, are 448,000 euros , and given the need to take charge of 192,575 euros of the total expenditures planned for this first phase of the project, since there is no budget for the financial year 2002, Seen the report in advance of the General intervention, Article 1 approves an extraordinary credit for an amount of 192,575 euros for the budgetary 120-120-48220-PROJ-0027, for the Ministry of Presidency and tourism.

Article 2 This extraordinary credit will be funded by cutting 192,575 euros of budgetary 720-720-60700-2001-0000000002.

Article 3 The present Law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
