Law 4/2003, of 24 April, credit supplement to cope with the costs of various actions of prevention and fire extinguishing and rescue since the General Council in its session of the 24th of April 2003 has approved the following: law 4/2003, of 24 April, credit supplement to cope with the costs of various actions of prevention and fire extinguishing and rescue preamble

Seen the article 28 of the general law of the public finances, of December 19, 1996;

Sight of the need to take care of the costs of various actions of prevention and fire extinguishing and rescue;

Seen that there are no sufficient budget for the financial year 2002;

Seen that the Government on 31 December 2002, has approved an advance of funds for an amount of 168,517 euros in order to provide sufficiently the budgetary items which are listed below, by the Department for the prevention and extinction of fire and rescue: 710-20300-PROJ-0001, for a total of 481 euro 710-20400-PROJ-0001, for a total of 2006 euros 710-21200-PROJ-0001 , for an amount of € 687 710-21300-PROJ-0001, for an amount of 52,152 euros 710-21400-PROJ-0001, for an amount of € 28,168 710-22190-PROJ-0001, for an amount of 71,267 euros 710-22300-PROJ-0001, for an amount of € 4,179 710-22640-PROJ-0001, for an amount of € 4,771 710-22700-PROJ-0001, for an amount of € 2,411 710-23010-PROJ-0001, for an amount of € 524 710-23100-PROJ-0001 , for an amount of € 1,871 Seen the report in advance of the General intervention, Article 1 approves a charge of credit for an amount of 168,517 euros, by 710 Department (prevention and fire extinguishing and rescue) project PROJ budget-0001 (prevention and fire extinguishing and rescue) and for the following budgetary items: 20300 (rent of machinery), for an amount of € 481 20400 (transport equipment rental) , for an amount of EUR 21200 2006 (repair and maintenance. Buildings), for a total of 687 euros 21300 (repair and maintenance. Machinery), for an amount of 52,152 euros (21400 repair and maintenance. Transport material), for an amount of € 22190 28,168 (other supplies), for an amount of 71,267 euros 22300 (goods Transport), for an amount of € 4,179 22640 (health services Charges), for an amount of € 4,771 22700 (work carried out by companies of cleaning and sanitation), for an amount of € 2,411 23010 (reimbursement of per diem), for an amount of € 524 23100 (locomotion, and displacement of staff) , for an amount of € 1,871 Article 2 This credit fee is financed by the reduction of 168,517 euros from the budget of the Ministry of Territorial Base: 720 (public works)-60220 (construction of school buildings)-2002-0000000001 (Reform school building of Aixovall).

Final provision this law shall enter into force the day after they have been published in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
