Law 6/2003, of 24 April, credit supplement to cope with the costs of the work of drafting the project, construction and operation for a year of the wastewater treatment plant wastewater North-East of Andorra since the General Council in its session of the 24th of April 2003 has approved the following: Act 6/2003, 24 April , credit supplement to cope with the costs of the work of drafting the project, construction and operation for a year of the wastewater treatment plant wastewater North-East of Andorra exhibition of illustrations and Seen the article 28 of the general law of the public finances, of December 19, 1996;

Sight of the need to take care of the costs of the work to complete design, construction and operation for a year of the wastewater treatment plant wastewater North-East of Andorra, given the extreme urgency of creating the infrastructure set in the plan and the commitments arising from the agreement between the Principality of Andorra and to the Kingdom of Spain on the transportation and management of waste , ratified by the General Council on 13 April 2000;

Seen that there are no sufficient budget for the financial year 2002;

Seen that the Government on 31 December 2002, has approved an advance of funds for an amount of 746,604.30 euros for the budgetary 720 (public works)-60390 (Other machinery and equipment)-1998-0000000005 (Building sewage treatment plants), for the Department of public works, in the concept of awarding the tender of "complete design, construction and operation for a year of the wastewater treatment plant wastewater North-East of Andorra".

Seen that the Government agreed on 31 December 2002, to approve the award of the works of "complete design, construction and operation for a year of the wastewater treatment plant wastewater North-East of Andorra", published in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra No. 15/02;

Seen the report in advance of the General intervention, Article 1 approves a charge of credit for an amount of 746,604.30 euros for the budgetary 720 (public works)-60390 (Other machinery and equipment)-1998-0005 (Building sewage treatment plants), for the Department of public works.

Article 2 This credit charge will be funded by cutting the game 720 (public works)-60220 (construction of school buildings)-2001-0000000005 (School Centre of Canillo), for an amount of 746,604.30 euros.

Final provision this law shall enter into force the day after they have been published in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
