Since the income actually liquidated on goods are 117,522,063.32 euros and 117,039,302.72 euros for the year 1999 to the year 2000, given that the amount to be transferred is 30% of the amount paid 35,256,618.99 euros and 35,111,790.82 euros, respectively, and that the amount budgeted was € 36,060,726.26 for the year 1999 and € 34,257,689.95 for the year 2000; so you lack funding to an amount of 49,993.58 euros;

Since there is no sufficient budget to the budget Law for the year 2003;

Given that the Government, in the session of 24 December 2003, sight of the need to take charge of the transfers listed in the Commons has approved an advance of funds for an amount of 49,993.58 euros.

In accordance with article 28 of the general law of the public finances, of December 19, 1996, and with the law of the budget for the financial year 2003;

The Government, in the session of 24 December 2003, has approved this Bill.

Article 1 approves a charge of credit for an amount of 49,993.58 euros, for the budget base 900 (Transfers in the Commons)-76200 (Transfers in the Commons-PROJ-0001 (Transfers in the Commons).

Article 2 This credit fee is financed by the reduction of 49,993.58 euros of budgetary 720 (public works)-60910-(studies and investment projects)-1987-0000000117 (new headquarters of the justice).

Article 3 this law shall enter into force on the same day to be published in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
