Seen that the Government by agreement of 4 August 2004 has approved an advance of funds to the amount of 140,839.69 euros to give the corresponding budget heading;

The Government, with the report of the General intervention, has agreed to the presentation of the following: Law Article 1 approves an extraordinary credit for an amount of 140,839.69 euros, for the budgetary Department of External Services 730-22190 Other supplies-PROJ-0002 maintenance of roads, the Ministry of land.

Article 2 This extraordinary credit will be funded by cutting 140,839.69 euros of budgetary 720 Department of public works-60700 road construction-2004-0000000003 Variant Sant Julià de Lòria.

Article 3 this Act comes into force on the same day to be published in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
