Law 3/2006, of April 7, additional credit to finance the purchase of the frescoes in Santa Coloma as the General Council in its session of April 7, 2006 has approved the following: law 3/2006, of April 7, additional credit to finance the purchase of the frescoes in Santa Coloma that the frescoes in Santa Coloma are part of the cultural and historical heritage of Andorra;

Seen that it is a representative of Andorra's Romanesque painting that was sold in 1933 and now has the historic opportunity to get them back for the future National Museum of Andorra, as article 19.5 of the law of cultural heritage, he says, literally: "the State shall carry out the necessary actions for the recovery of cultural assets that have been illegally in the territory of Andorra and for the return of assets of cultural heritage Andorra who are on the outside. Seen that it is not enough to finance the purchase with budgetary availability of these frescoes;

Given that there is sufficient provision in the budget for 2005, in heading 270 (Department of culture)-273 (inventory and Conservation Service) – 60810 (Cultural)-PROJ0025 (inventory and Conservation), for the acquisition of the frescoes in Santa Coloma;

Seen that the Government, by agreement of 30 November 2005, has approved an advance of funds for an amount of 4,500,000 euros to equip the budgetary indicated with sufficient credits.

The Government, in the session of November 30, 2005, has approved this Bill.

Article 1 approves a charge of credit for an amount of € 4,500,000 for budgetary 270 (Department of culture)-273 (inventory and Conservation Service) – 60810 (Cultural)-PROJ0025 (inventory and Conservation) for the acquisition of the frescoes in Santa Coloma;

Article 2 This credit fee is financed by reducing the amount of 4,500,000 euros of budgetary following: 220 (Urban Planning Department and Ord.
