Law 9/2006, of 21 June, amending the law 4/2006 of 7 April, of urgent measures and specific social security reform since the General Council in its session of June 21, 2006 has approved the following: Law 9/2006, of 21 June, amending Act 4/2006 from 7 April, on urgent measures to reform the social security system and specific reason this law aims to change within the article 1 of the law 4/2006 of 7 April urgent and specific measures for reform of the social security system, the second paragraph of the section that refers to the article 42 of the Technical Regulations of the Andorran social security scheme in order to improve and clarify the wording of the law.

For the reasons presented, the General Council approves the following Law: Article only modifies within article 1 of law 4/2006 of 7 April, of urgent measures and specific reform of the social security system, the second paragraph of the section that refers to the article 42 of the Technical Regulations of the Andorran social security scheme, which is worded as follows : "at the time of the death of the insured, the widow or widower survivor must receive a pension of reversion, with the condition that the rights acquired by the deceased insured person represent, at least, sixty listed monthly payments, that is, five complete years, and that the widow or widower survivor meet one of the following conditions:" final provision this law enters into force on the day of its publication in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
