Law 20/2006, of 14 December, extraordinary credit in order to finance the costs of the acquisition of the 29% of the share capital of the company CTRASA as the General Council in its session of December 14, 2006 has approved the following: law 20/2006, of 14 December, extraordinary credit in order to finance the costs of the acquisition of the 29% of the share capital of the company CTRASA seen that FEDA participates in Central society waste treatment, SA (CTRASA), since its creation, with a 5% of the share capital of the company, in accordance with the provisions of the law relating to the construction and operation of CTRASA through administrative concession of 31 October 2002.

Seen that the strategic nature of waste management in the country and the importance of the energy that they arise, FEDA in conjunction with the Government, are interested in greater participation in society;

Seen that FEDA has come to a verbal pre-agreement with the Andorran members of society (Public Works Armengol, SA, EMPUB, SA, and techno-energy, SL), subject to all legal requirements suitable for FEDA, to the effects that the company can acquire the shares of CTRASA of the Andorran partners, representing overall 29% of the share capital of the company.

Seen that the nominal value of the shares is 1.908.026 euros (29% of 6,579,400 euros), a figure that matches the accounting value of the shares at 31/12/05;

Given the occasional and unpredictable character of this transmission of shares and therefore since there is no budgetary provision in the budget for 2006, starting in the FEDA 82110-waste treatment Centre, in order to proceed with the acquisition of the shares mentioned;

Seen that the Government by agreement of 28 June 2006 has approved an advance of funds to the amount of 1.908.026 euros to give the corresponding budget heading;

The Government, with a report from the General intervention, has agreed to the presentation of the following: Law Article 1 approves an extraordinary credit for an amount of 1.908.026 euros, aimed at the acquisition of the 29% of the share capital of the company CTRASA, for the heading of the budget of FEDA, 82110-waste treatment Centre;

Article 2 This extraordinary credit will be funded by cutting of 1.908.026 euros, the game follows: 6034-own facilities Article 3 this Act comes into force on the same day to be published in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
