Law 16/2007, of 18 October, credit supplement to fund transfers and capital transfers to the Department of health for the Andorran health care Service as the General Council in its session of October 18th, 2007 has approved the following: law 16/2007, of 18 October, credit supplement to fund transfers and capital transfers to the Department of health for the Andorran health care Service From the Andorran Health Care Service, they have to carry out various projects for which it is not equipped with sufficient resources to be able to bring them out. The actions, and the detail of the chapters and the amounts that have been run are listed below: 1. Implementation of the measures included in the master plan of the medical Transport.

Regulatory centre staff (Chapter 1) 100,000 euros Operating Expenses (Chapter 2) 250,000 euros Investments vehicles and material (Chapter 6) 550,000 euro 900,000 euros Total 2. Various works at the Hospital in order to gain ability of inpatient beds and reducing congestion in the Emergency Department.

Renovation work (Chapter 6) 800,000 euros 3. Works for extension and adaptation of the building of the former Hotel Cerqueda in order to turn it into a social and health residence for the elderly.

Seen that the Government, by agreement of 3 May 2007, has approved an advance of funds to the amount of 3 million euros, of which € 350,000 are intended for current transfers and capital transfers 2,650,000 euro, to give the corresponding budgetary items, in accordance with article 28 of the general law of public finance, and with the reports of the General intervention , has agreed to the presentation of the following: Law Article 1 approves a charge of credit for an amount of € 3 million in order to cope with the costs of current transfers and capital of the Ministry of health, Social Welfare and the family, to the budgetary and the amounts broken down as follows: Department of health-500 500 General Services Health-41111 SAAS-PROJ-0003 global health Aid , for an amount of € 350,000.

And for the game 500 Department of health-health 500 General Services-Andorran Service healthcare 76111-0059 PROJ SAAS Investment, for a total of € 2,650,000;

Article 2 The credit charge of 3 million euros, relative to the costs of current transfers and capital of the Ministry of health, Social Welfare and the family, will be funded with additional charge in the public debt.

Article 3 this Act comes into force on the same day to be published in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
