Law 4/2010, of April 22, extraordinary credit in order to finance the involuntary unemployment benefits since the General Council in its session of April 22, 2010 has approved the following: law 4/2010, of April 22, extraordinary credit in order to finance the benefits for involuntary unemployment reason on September 16, 2009, the Government approved the regulation amending the regulation of the economic benefits of social care November 19, 2008, and added a fifth chapter and an annex by which it was created and it was regulating a financial benefit for involuntary unemployment.

The game for this expense is anticipated in the budget bill for the year 2010. Seen that this budget has not been approved, article 22.1 of the general law of public finance determines the extension to dozens of current expenditure budget parts of the immediately preceding financial year. Since this budget foresaw no staffing to deal with the expense because the legislation that regulates this measure was passed subsequent to the preparation of the text of the budget for 2009, this year there are initial credits for dozens parts to fund it.

This measure, encrypted in 684,712.08 € for the period from 1 April to 31 December of this year, is set as a economic assistance to meet the basic needs and access to essential services and activities of the worker and his family.

Seen that the character of necessity and urgency of this expense is justified by the fact that the Government should have the budgetary credits to finance the involuntary unemployment benefits, in accordance with the legislation in force;

Seen the report of the General intervention;

Seen the governmental agreement of 10 March 2010;

Article 1 approves an extraordinary credit for an amount of € 684,712.08, for budgetary as follows: 600 State Secretariat of health, wellness and work-Strategic Deployment Management 601-integration Aids 48265-PROJ-0148 strategic plan for health and wellness.

Article 2 This extraordinary credit is financed by new borrowing.

Final provision this law enters into force on the same day to be published in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
