Law 9/2010 of 22 April, extraordinary credit and credit fee to finance the costs of the application of the legislation on the subject of well-being since the General Council in its session of April 22, 2010 has approved the following: Law 9/2010 of 22 April, extraordinary credit and credit fee to finance the costs of the application of the legislation on the subject of well-being preamble : the Ministry of health, welfare and work has to deal with, from 1 January to 28 February 2010, at various costs for pensions and social benefits deriving from the application of the legislation in the area of welfare.

Seen that the Government, by agreement of 13 January 2010, has approved an advance of funds for a total amount of € 479,322.23 to deal with the expenses for the period between 1 January and 28 February 2010 and for the following budgetary items: Department of welfare and family, 630-632 area of Social care-family-48290-PROJ-0116 elderly , for an amount of € 305,163.96, to ensure the payment of pensions of solidarity of the elderly.

600 State Secretariat of health, wellness and work-Strategic Deployment Management 601-integration Aids 48265-PROJ-0148 strategic plan for health and wellbeing, for an amount of € 92,054.88, to ensure the settlement of the involuntary unemployment benefits.

Department of welfare and family 630-631 Social care Area primary-48290 families-PROJ-0003 primary care parishes, for an amount of 82,103.39 € to ensure the settlement of the economic benefits of the social assistance pensions.

Seen the report of the General intervention;

Seen the governmental agreement of 13 January 2010;

Article 1 approves an extraordinary credit for a total amount of € 397,218.84, to the budgetary and the amounts broken down as follows: Department of welfare and family, 630-632 area of Social care-family 48290-PROJ-0116 seniors, for an amount of € 305,163.96 600 State Secretariat of health, wellness and work-Strategic Deployment Management 601-integration Aids 48265-PROJ-0148 strategic plan for health and wellbeing , for an amount of € 92,054.88.

Article 2 approves an additional credit for a total amount of € 82,103.39, for budgetary as follows: Department of welfare and family 630-631 Social care Area primary-48290 families-PROJ-0003 primary care Parishes.

Article 3 This extraordinary credit and credit this supplement are financed through debt.

Final provision this law enters into force on the same day to be published in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
