lo26051003 law 14/2014, July 24, credit supplement intended to fund the advancement in the first phase of the construction of the National Stadium, certain items that had been initially planned in the second phase since the General Council in its session of July 24 2014 has approved the following: law 14/2014 , July 24, credit supplement intended to fund the advancement in the first phase of the construction of the National Stadium, certain items that had been initially planned in the second phase of preamble on December 14, 2012, the Government and the Andorran Football Federation signed a cooperation agreement to build a football stadium (framework agreement for the construction of the national stadium of Andorra in the field of sports the General Council). In a very summarized, the terms of the agreement are as follows:-the Government runs a football stadium that meets the requirements for a stadium of category 3 of the European Union of Football Federations (UEFA). These requirements are described in detail in an annex of the agreement.

The work is currently in course of construction. In accordance with the term of the contract of work, the end of the works is planned for July of this year.

Given that the need and the urgency to have the extension of this work to an amount of 666,423.15 € are justified by the interest to comply with the commitments by the "framework agreement for the construction of the national stadium of Andorra at the sports field of the General Council", in accordance with which the period of end of work is planned for the month of July 2014;
Seen that the Government, by agreement of 2 April 2014, has approved an advance of funds for a total amount of € 666,423.15, intended to fund the advancement in the first phase of the construction of the National Stadium, games of work initially planned to carry out in the second phase, for the following game: 320-326 Land Department Public Building area-60750-constructions and sports equipment-2011-0000000008 National Stadium;
Seen the report of the General intervention;
Seen the governmental agreement of 2 April 2014;
Article 1 approves a credit fee of an amount of 666,423.15 € for the following budget base: 320-326 Land Department Public Building area-60750-constructions and sports equipment-2011-0000000008 National Stadium Article 2 This credit fee is financed through budgetary follows: 320-325 Land Department area of public works-60760-Transport Infrastructure-2014-0000000001 Heliport Nacional d'Andorra , for an amount of € 666,423.15 final provision this law comes into force the day after being published in the official bulletin of the Principality of Andorra.
