Promulgating the Regulation on training and retraining of cadres and civil servants of the State Bank

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Chapter V of the Regulation on cadres and civil servants of the State Bank, issued together with the State Bank Governor’s Decision No. 61/2000/QD-NHNN9 of February 23, 2000.- (Summary)
