DECREE
Establishing Cao Lanh city of Dong Thap province
To establish Cao Lanh city of Dong Thap province on the basis of the whole land area, population and dependent administrative units of Cao Lanh provincial capital.
This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
