* DECISION No.721-TTg OF NOVEMBER 8, 1995 OF THE PRIME MINISTER RE-FORMING A NUMBER OF ORGANIZATIONS ATTACHED TO THE MINISTRY OF TRADE:

To establish the Department of Multilateral Trade Policy to help the Minister of Trade in State management of Vietnam's trade policies with regard to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the Association of South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN);

To merge the Institute of Trade Economy and Techniques and the Institute of External Economic Relations into the Institute of Trade Research;

To merge the External Economic Relations School and the Central Intermediate Trade School III into the Central School of External Economic Relations.- (SUMMARY)
