Decision No.394-TTg of June 11, 1996 of the Prime Minister on the monthly allowances to deputies of the People�s Councils of different levels.
- For deputies of the provincial People�s Councils: 0.4% of the coefficient of the minimum wage.
- For deputies of the district People�s Councils: 0.3% of the coefficient of the minimum wage.
- For deputies of the commune People�s Councils: 0.2% of the coefficient of the minimum wage.
The fund for such allowances shall be taken from the local budgets.- (Summary)
