CIRCULAR No.01-TC/KBNN of January 7, 1997 guiding the retrieval, management and use of the loans for the implementation of projects under Program 327

The Circular defines the responsibility of the project owners and family households to repay loans; the responsibility of the higher-level agencies of the project owners to supervise and urge the payment of loans; the retrieval of debts, settlement of due debts and losses to the loans; the transfer of the retrieved capital and lending procedures on the basis of the retrieved capital.- (Summary)
