THE MINISTRY OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
DECISION No.13-QD/KHCN OF JANUARY 9, 1997 OF THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES PROMULGATING THE 1997 LIST OF AQUATIC GOODS SUBJECT TO THE QUALITY REGISTRATION
THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
- Pursuant to Decree No.50-CP of June 21, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
- Pursuant to Decree No.86-CP of December 8, 1995 of the Government on the division of responsibility for the State management of goods quality;
- Pursuant to Circular No.02-TT/LB of May 24, 1996 of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment and the Ministry of Aquatic Resources guiding the implementation of Decree No.86-CP;
- Pursuant to Circular No.03-TT/TCCB-LD of August 19, 1996 of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources guiding the division of work in performing State management over the quality of aquatic goods;
- At the proposals of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Department for the Protection of Aquatic Resources,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To issue together with this Decision "The list of aquatic goods subject to quality registration in 1997".
Article 2.- Organizations and individuals producing and/or trading in goods included in this list shall have to register their goods quality as prescribed.
Article 3.- The Director of the Department for Protection of Aquatic Resources, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology shall have to organize, guide and supervise the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4.- This Decision takes effect from February 1st, 1997.
