DECREE No

Decree No.22-CP of March 17, 1997 of the Government on the establishment of townships and the readjustment of administrative boundaries of a number of communes of Quang Dien and Nam Dong districts, Thua Thien-Hue province.

To establish Sia township of Quang Dien district with a land area of 1,118.4 hectares and a population of 8,610 of Quang Phuoc commune. To merge Mai Duong village of Quang An commune into Quang Phuoc commune.

To establish Khe Tre township of Nam Dong district with a land area of 435 hectares and a population of 3,725 of Huong Loc commune.

To establish Huong Hoa commune with a land area of 1,040 hectares and a population of 1,891 of Huong Loc commune.- (Summary)
