THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY

Circular No.9-TT/KHDT of August 30, 1997 guiding the implementation of the model statute of industrial and construction cooperatives issued together with Decree No.44-CP of April 9, 1997 of the Government.

In furtherance of Article 2 of Decree No.44-CP of April 9, 1997 of the Government, the Ministry of Industry guides the application of the model statute of industrial and construction cooperatives in the provinces, cities, urban/rural districts, to all cooperatives and cooperative members.
