RESOLUTION No.7/1998/NQ-CP of July 6, 1998 on its June 1998 regular meeting.

On June 29 and 30, 1998, the Government held its June 1998 regular meeting to discuss and resolve different issues.

- It adopted the draft Government resolution on the measures to execute the plan in the last six months of 1998; assigned the Government Office to coordinate with the concerned agencies in gathering comments and suggestions made at the meeting, finalizing such draft then submitting it to the Prime Minister for signing for promulgation before July 15, 1998;

- It approved the report on the observance of the Government's Working Regulation in the first six months of 1998;

- It adopted the draft Government decree promulgating the Regulation on the investment in forms of build-operate-transfer (BOT) contracts, build-transfer-operate (BTO) contracts and build-transfer (BT) contracts applicable to foreign investment activities; and assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment to coordinate with the Government Office in gathering comments and finalizing such draft then submitting it to the Government for promulgation in July 1998.- (Summary)
