Joint Circular No. 124/1998/TTLT/BTC-BGCP of September 4, 1998 guiding the contents of expenditures on national border work in localities

The expenditures on national border work shall be balanced annually in the local budgets. The provinces shall have to inspect and control the use of such expenditures, ensuring that they be made for the right contents, purposes and in a thrifty manner.

This Circular also provides detailed guidance on the expenditures’ contents, the elaboration of expenditure estimates and the final settlement of expenditures for the border work.- (Summary)
