Decision No. 834/QD-TTg of September 14, 1998 on the replacement of a number of members of the Council for considering the conferment of the titles of People's Teacher and Meritorious Teacher

Mr. Vu Ngoc Hai, Vice Minister of Education and Training and Mr. Nguyen Mau Banh, former President of the Vietnam Education Service Trade Union shall no longer be members of the Council for considering the conferment of the titles of People's Teacher and Meritorious Teacher.

To appoint Mr. Nguyen Tan Phat, permanent Vice Minister of Education and Training to the post of permanent member and Mr. Le Hong Son, President of the Vietnam Educational Service Trade Union as member of the Council.- (Summary)
