JOINT CIRCULAR No.05/1999/TTLT/TP-TC of January 28, 1999 guiding the implementation of the project on the establishment and management of law bookcases in communes, wards and townships

The duration stipulated for the implementation of the project on the establishment and management of law bookcases shall be 3 years, from 1999 to 2001. Such bookcases shall continue to be consolidated and maintained in the subsequent years. The Circular also provides detailed guidance for the establishment and use of law book cases in communes, wards and townships; as well as the management of fund for the establishment of such law bookcases.- (Summary)
