DECISION No.30/1999/QD/BNN-TCCB of February 9, 1999 on the establishment of the Board for Enterprise Management Renewal at the Agricultural Supplies Corporation

To establish the Board for Enterprise Management Renewal at the Agricultural Supplies Corporation, which shall be headed by the Chairman of the Corporation�s Managing Board.

The Board for Enterprise Management Renewal at the Agricultural Supplies Corporation shall have the following main tasks: To elaborate the plan for enterprise renewal and equitization of the Corporation and organize the implementation of such plan after it is ratified by the Ministry; to inspect, urge and guide the boards for enterprise management renewal at the Corporation�s member units in performing the enterprise renewal and equitization tasks; to carry out the necessary professional tasks under the guidance of the Ministry�s Board for Enterprise Management Renewal.- (Summary)
