CIRCULAR No. 16/1999/TT-BYT of August 9, 1999 guiding the implementation of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 38/1999/QD-TTg of March 6, 1999 issuing the regulations on the subjects and criteria of the title of Labor Hero and People’s Armed Forces’ Hero in the "doi moi" (renewal) period as well as the process of consideration, selection and proposal for the conferment of the title of Labor Hero in the health service
In furtherance of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 38/1999/QD-TTg, the Ministry of Health issued the said Circular guiding the subjects, criteria, process and procedures for consideration, selection and conferment of Labor Hero in the health service.- (Summary)
