Decision No. 806/1999/QD-TTg of August 21, 1999 on the establishment of the team for inspection and handling of investment for construction.

To establish the Government�s team for inspection and handling of investment for construction, with the Minister of Planning and Investment as its head.

The establishment of the inspection team aims to step up the tempo of investment projects, concentrating capital for the projects which can be put in use soon, thus ensuring investment efficiency. The scope of handling shall be to increase capital for projects which needs to be accelerated, suspend projects which cannot be implemented or are ineffective.

The inspection and handling shall last till the end of 1999.- (Summary)
