The Phu My residential quarter project in Ho Chi Minh City has the objective of creating a new, magnificent and comfortable population center in service of the movement of people from District 4 to District 7, thereby implementing the population dispersion program of Ho Chi Minh City.

The project shall be built on an area of around 13.3 ha in Phu My ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

The total investment capital of the project is estimated at 207,420 million VND.

The investor is the District 4 Dwelling House Management and Development Company, attached to the Sai Gon Estates Corporation.- (Summary)
