DECISION No. 940/1999/QD-TTg of October 11, 1999 on the establishment of the State Organizing Committee for celebrating great anniversaries in the year 2000
To establish the State Organizing Committee for celebrating great anniversaries in the year 2000 composed of its chairman being Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem, two Vice-Chairmen and members being leading officials from a number of concerned ministries and branches.
The State Organizing Committee for celebrating great anniversaries in the year 2000 shall have to work out detailed plan and direct the organization of diversified activities to commemorate the great anniversaries in the year 2000.- (Summary)
