DECISION No. 857/QD-TTg of September 8, 2000 replacing a number of members of the Council for Conferment of the "People�s Teacher" and "Emeritus Teacher" titles

Those who are hereunder named shall be relieved from the post of membership of the Council for Conferment of the "People�s Teacher" and "Emeritus Teacher" titles:

- Mr. Nguyen Trong Xuyen, former Vice-Minister of Defense;

- Mr. Hoang Minh Chuc, former Vice-Chairman of Vietnam Labor Confederation.

Those who are hereunder named shall be appointed to be members of the Council for Conferment of the "People�s Teacher" and "Emeritus Teacher" titles:

- Mr. Nguyen Huy Hieu, Vice-Minister of Defense;

- Mr. Nguyen An Luong, Standing Vice-Chairman of Vietnam Labor Confederation.- (Summary)
