DECREE No. 57/2000/ND-CP of October 18, 2000 on the establishment of Tan My commune in Ba Tri district, Ben Tre province
To readjust the administrative boundaries of My Hoa and Tan Xuan communes for the establishment of Tan My commune in Ba Tri district, Ben Tre province, as follows:
To establish Tan My commune in Ba Tri district on the basis of a land area of 1,064.58 ha and a population of 2,657 of My Hoa commune, a land area of 171.09 ha and a population of 1,693 of Tan Xuan commune.
After the adjustment of administrative boundaries for establishing Tan My commune, My Hoa commune shall have a land area of 1,696.43 ha and a population of 5,793; and Tan Xuan commune a land area of 2,497.02 ha and a population of 9,590.- ((Summary)
