To transform An Giang Fisheries Export and Import Company of the People�s Committee of An Giang province into An Giang Fisheries Import and Export Joint-Stock Company (AGIFISH).
Its head office: 1234 Tran Hung Dao street, Binh Duc ward, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province.
Its charter capital is VND 41,791,300,000, of which State equities represent 20%, equities sold to laborers inside the enterprise - 50%, equities sold to raw material suppliers - 10%, equities sold to the outsiders - 13.4%, and equities sold to foreign investors - 6.6%.
An Giang Fisheries Import and Export Joint Stock Company is engaged in the following production and business lines:
Producing, trading in, processing, exporting and importing frozen aquatic and sea products, agricultural foodstuff and agricultural supplies.- (Summary)
