CIRCULAR No. 100/2001/TT-BTC of December 7, 2001 guiding the implementation of the Prime Minister�s Directive No. 21/2001/CT-TTg of September 11, 2001 on the use of State budget-allocated administrative and non-business funding for the purchase of assets, supplies, equipment and facilities
Administrative and non-business agencies and units, political organizations, socio-political organizations, social organizations, soico-professional organizations and State enterprises shall, when using administrative and non-business funding allocated from the State budget to procure assets, supplies, equipment and facilities, have to buy home-made products, except goods which cannot be produced at home.
This Circular takes effect as from October 1, 2001.- (Summary)
