Decision No. 971/QD-TTg of August 2, 2001 transforming Phu Nhuan Supplies, Services and Tourism Company into Phu Nhuan Service Joint-Stock Company
To transform Phu Nhuan Supplies, Services and Tourism Company under the People�s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City into Phu Nhuan Service Joint-Stock Company - MASECO.
Headquarters: 78A Nguyen Van Troi street, Phu Nhuan district, Ho Chi Minh City.
MASECO�s charter capital: VND 20,000,000,000, in which the State equities represent 25%, equities sold to cadres and laborers of the company, 50% and equities sold to shareholders outside the enterprise, 25%.
MASECO shall be engaged in the following business lines:
- Import and export of consumer goods and production supplies;
- Production and processing of export goods;
- Trading in real estates, hotels, restaurants, office buildings, warehouses and storage yards, shops and civil works;
- Other business lines in accordance with the provisions of law.- (Summary)
