To establish the Steering Council for the compilation of the book "History of Cochin-China (Southern South Vietnam) in resistance war" with Mr. Vo Van Kiet, former member of the Party�s Politburo, former Prime Minister and former adviser of the Party�s Central Committee, as its Chairman.

The Council is tasked to direct the process of researching, compiling and conducting pre-acceptance test of this book.- (Summary)
