DECISION No. 1489/QD-TTg of November 21, 2001 on the establishment of the Working Group for deployment of conversion of State enterprises and enterprises of political organizations and socio-political organizations into one-member limited liability companies

This Working Group shall be directed by Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and headed by Mr. Nguyen Minh Thong, Standing Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Renovation and Development of Enterprises. The Working Group shall assist the Prime Minister in directing the work of implementation of the Government�s Decree No. 63/2001/ND-CP of September 14, 2001 on the conversion of State enterprises and enterprises of political organizations and socio-political organizations into one-member limited liability companies.- (Summary)
