To convert Central Pharmaceutical Factory 24, which is a State enterprise under Vietnam Pharmaceutical Corporation � the Ministry of Health, into Mekophar Chemical-Pharmaceutical Joint-Stock Company.

Headquarters: No. 297/5 Ly Thuong Kiet street, Ward 15, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City.

Charter capital of the joint-stock company is VND 36,000,000,000, of which the State�s equities represent 45%, equities sold to laborers of the enterprise, 37%, and equities sold to outsiders, 18%.- (Summary)
