Headquarter of the joint-stock company: No. 71C Dong Khoi Street, District I, Ho Chi Minh City.

Charter capital of the joint-stock company is VND 13,800,000,000, of which the equities held by the Finance-Administration Commission of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee is 10%, equities sold to officials and employees of the company, 65%, and equities sold to other shareholders, 25%.- (Summary)
