To convert the Southern Seed Company, which is a State enterprise under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, into Southern Seed Joint Stock Company.
The joint-stock company�s headquarters: 282 Le Van Sy, Ward 1, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
The joint-stock company�s charter capital is VND 60,000,000,000, of which the State�s equities represent 20%, equities sold to laborers of the enterprise, 55%, and equities sold to the outsiders, 25%.- (Summary)
