DECISION No. 577/QD-TTg of July 16, 2002 establishing Vung Ang I Industrial Park, Ha Tinh province, and approving the investment project on construction and commercial operation of technical infrastructure therein
Vung Ang I Industrial Park, Ha Tinh province, is organized and operates according to the Regulation on Industrial Parks, Export-Processing Zones and Hi-Tech Parks, issued together with the Government�s Decree No. 36/CP of April 24, 1997.
To approve the investment project on construction and commercial operation of technical infrastructure in Vung Ang I Industrial Park with the following contents:
The project�s investor: Vung Ang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company.
The project�s objectives: To invest in the construction of Industrial Park�s technical infrastructure, including the systems of traffic roads, electricity supply, water supply and drainage, waste treatment; communication; and to commercially operate the technical infrastructure already created.
Construction site: Ky Thinh commune, Ky Anh district.
The Industrial Park�s area: 116 ha.
Total investment capital: VND 154.1 billion.
Capital sources: The State budget capital, borrowed capital, and capital advanced by the investor.
Operation duration: 50 years as from the date the investment decision is issued.
Construction duration: 8 years as from the date the land-lease decision is issued.- (Summary)
