DECISION No. 87/2002/QD-BNN-TCCB of September 27, 2002 prescribing the functions, tasks and organizational structure of the Institute for Food Plants and Foodstuff Plants

The Institute for Food Plants and Foodstuff Plants is a scientific non-business unit under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

The Institute shall have to study and solve agro-scientific and technological issues, especially those relating to rice and winter-crop plants, and the agricultural system, in service of socio-economic development in the Red river delta region.

The Institute’s operation funding shall be invested and allocated by the State budget; it shall be entitled to use its own seal and open its accounts.

Its office is headquartered in Hai Duong province.- (Summary)
