DECISION No. 43/2002/QD-BGDDT of October 22, 2002 promulgating the Regulation on non-boarding pupils and students in universities, colleges and intermediate vocational schools

To issue together with this Decision the Regulation on non-boarding pupils and students in universities, colleges and intermediate vocational schools.

This Regulation shall apply uniformly to non-boarding pupils and students of all universities, colleges and intermediate vocational schools throughout the country. For foreign pupils and student, there shall be a separate regulation.- (Summary)
