To establish Phuoc Vinh commune on the basis of a land area of 4,557.06 ha and a population of 9,569 of Phuoc Son commune.
After the adjustment of administrative boundary, Phuoc Son commune shall have a land area of 1,459.48 ha and a population of 13,776.- (Summary)
