DECISION No. 4809/2002/QD-BYT of December 3, 2002 amending and supplementing the list of curative medicines used in medical examination and treatment establishments, issued together with the Health Ministry�s Decision No. 2320/2001/QD-BYT of June 19, 2001

This Decision amends and supplements the list of curative medicines used in medical examination and treatment establishments, issued together with Decision No. 2320/2001/QD-BYT as follows:

- To exclude from the list two types of medicine: cerivastatin (numbered 264 on the list) and biphenyl dimethyl (numbered 347 on the list).

- To change the name of cyclohexanol (numbered 21 on the list ) into its origin name of tramadol.

- To add the contents, use forms and professional lines of 39 medicines to the list.

- To add 90 western medicines and 7 traditional medicines to the list.

The medicines on the lists issued together with Decision No. 2320/2001/QD-BYT and this Decision can be used only after they are allowed for circulation by the Ministry of Health.- (Summary)
