DECISION No. 11/QD-TTg of January 2, 2003 approving the general plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under the People�s Committee of Phu Yen province in the 2002-2005 period
Under the plan, there are 9 enterprises where the State continues to hold 100% of their capital, including 4 public-utility enterprises and 5 enterprises engaged in business activities.
The enterprise reorganization roadmap is as follows:
In 2002: 2 enterprises are dissolved.
In 2003: 9 enterprises shall be equitized, including 3 enterprises where the State shall hold more than 50% of their charter capital, and 6 enterprises where the State shall hold under 50% of their charter capital.
In 2004: 3 enterprises shall be equitized, including 2 enterprises where the State shall hold more than 50% of their charter capital and 1 enterprise where the State shall hold under 50% of its charter capital.
In 2005: 2 enterprises shall be equitized, including 1 enterprise where the State shall hold more than 50% of its charter capital and 1 enterprise where the State shall hold under 50% of its charter capital.- (Summary)
