DECISION No. 132/QD-TTg of January 30, 2003 approving the general plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under the People’s Committee of Ha Tay province in the 2002-2005 period
Enterprises where the State continues to hold 100% of their charter capital and their legal person status remains unchanged till 2005: 16 public-utility enterprises and 8 enterprises engaged in business activities.
Enterprises to be equitized, where the State holds under 50% of their charter capital or does not hold shares: 25 enterprises in 2002 and 2003, and 13 enterprises in 2004.
Enterprises to be assigned or sold if not equitized: 26 enterprises in 2002 and 2003, and 8 enterprises in 2004.
Enterprises to be transformed into non-business units with revenues: 3 enterprises in 2002 and 2003.
Enterprises to be merged: 3 enterprises in 2002 and 2003.
Enterprises to be transferred to State corporations: 3 enterprises in 2002 and 2003.- (Summary)
