DECISION No. 220/QD-TTg of February 25, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises of Dong Nai province in the 2003-2005 period
Enterprises where the State continues to hold 100% of their charter capital: 13 public-utility enterprises and 10 enterprises engaged in business activities.
Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding 51% of their charter capital: 8 in 2003, 5 in 2004 and 8 in 2005.
Enterprises to be equitized where the State does not hold dominant shares: 8 in 2003, 2 in 2004 and 1 in 2005.
Enterprises to be business contracted, then have their ownership transferred: 2 enterprises.
Enterprise to be transformed into non-business unit with revenues: 1 in 2003.
Enterprises to be merged into others: 2 in 2003.
